When I asked the employee about the spool of wire that was on the "wire by the foot machine" and unopened, he said that it could only be sold by the spool. My question, if it is already on the machine, why could it not be opened. He said that the wires that are on the spool are for sale by the foot. Why would any of your employees spend the time to place the wire in your machine and not sell it buy the foot. As I have noticed , the spools that are on the shelves are the ones that are sold by the spool. This may have been an isolated occurrence. But, once again, your employee was RUDE and has no place in your organization if this is his daily personal interaction with customers.

The gardening department employee was so helpful and knowledgeable in what I was looking for as well.Today the return goods cashier matched a price for me for a similar product in another Home Depot store, that unfortunately was not carried at my local store. They had a very similar, more expensive, but different branded product that I got for the same price as my unavailable less expensive part. This saved me a 20 minute drive across town.
