I asked if they could deliver a replacement the answer was no.. I asked if I would be compensated for another trip to the store the answer was no... I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy to talk to me... I left may number but I was never called back. This is the closest Home Depot store for me, so I go there. It's well organized and that's good too. I typically check online before going to see if what I want to buy is in stock. The staff are friendly and helpful.
