Great job by the two gentlemen but I did have a new spot/stain that wasn't there before the cleaning began. The next morning as we were putting furniture back into place we discovered that there was a "puddle" left behind the sofa in the family room. Otherwise Jimmy & Vincent seem to have done a good job. The representatives did a great job, we're very professional. Jose was very informative, and explained all other services that sears offers. I would highly recommend them again. No you guys were great, they did a move out shampoo of a carpet that was of very low quality and soiled really easy. But they cleaned it really well. We were very happy with the cleaning job and will continue to use Sear's for future carpet cleaning needs and will certainly recommend them to friends and family. Price was right, service was good, technicians were friendly. Your phone agents were very pleasant and willing to work with me on schedule, then the follow up for confirmation was great, the call 30 min out allow me to make sure everything was ready.
