I just moved into a new home and of course something has to break. Bryan assessed the situation on my garage door opener and gave me a couple different options. He even called my husband at work to explain re-explain the options since this isn't my thing... Although we ended up spending more than anticipated, I still feel that we were given all the options, the install was quick, and Bryan was very thorough in his explanation of how the new opener works. Very happy with today's purchase! My husband got an opener for his key ring to keep on the motorcycle!! Called for quick service and repair of a broken spring. Joe from Reliable came right out replaced what was broken and got my door in perfect working order. Fast, super friendly, and totally lived up to the name of Relaible Garage Door!  It turned out the when last the last garage door company (Champion garage doors) came to install an old driver. They forgot to screw in some nuts and bolts as well other things after installing the driver.

Which is why the door started acting funny after about only 4weeks. I called Champion garage door to see if they could come back to check on what could be going wrong after aproximately 4 weeks. Well, they refused to come, stating that i whatever is going on with the door I must of done something to it and that if i wanted to have them come out they would charge a service fee just to come look at it…. Aer pondering how ridiculous this was and realizing You would think they would care to check on the quality of there work, but it just wasn't the case and after talking to there supervisor. So after realizing Reliable garage door was awesome! So happy that they were able to give free estimates. Gerarld was one honest cool guy. I have to say that it was refreshing to have someone came in who was polite, knowledgeable and ready to help.Ben , the technician had to overcome quite a few problems. First, the truck wouldn't fit in the garage if we put in the unit and he overcame that. He then convinced me to use LIFTMASTER instead of GENIE.

Let me tell you I'm as happy as a hog in hot slop.
