bi fold door running track

A bi-fold door stays in place thanks to the proper alignment of door pins and rollers. Both the top and bottom rollers run along a track. The bottom roller has a tendency to jump the track due to improper alignment. In turn, the top roller may fall out of the track following this misalignment. A pin is present at the top and bottom outside edge of each bi-fold door to hold the door in place. Adjustments of either the pins and rollers or a combination is required to maintain a properly working bi-fold door. Open and close the bi-fold door. Watch the roller on the top inside edge of the door to ensure it is centered in the upper track. Pull the roller down and center it between the track if it is misaligned. Let go of the roller and it will slide into the upper track. Open the closet door. Locate the pins at the top and bottom outside corner of the bi-fold door. Check to see if both pins are fully inserted in the pin bracket holes and not resting sideways on the bracket. Correct a crocked pin by pulling the pin toward the bi-fold door.
Center the pin in the hole and release. The pins should slide in the holes on a straight vertical axis. home depot door tintTighten the bolt in each of the pin brackets with an adjustable wrench to ensure they will not slide or move. personalized door mats bed bath and beyondSlide the door back and forth if required to position the pin. sliding door track cover lowesClose the bi-fold door. 4 door jeep wrangler for sale in michiganVisually inspect the gap between the outside edge of the bi-fold door and the vertical edge of the pinned side of the bi-fold door for a 1/16-inch gap. auto glass repair arlington va
