Deciding to try one last time, I went to the Lemmon Ave. Dallas store. Janice in the paint department was so knowledgeable, resourceful, helpful. She not only solved the problem but I ended up with a customized color that was just what I was looking for. She is definitely a pro both with paints and customer service. Great customer service by Larry and good location! great service provided by the 2 employees I came in contact with today. Employees very helpful, but if calling the store while busy, one can sit on hold forever. This is such a convenient location. We can usually find just about anything we are looking for. have a variety of products, very clean store, employees are helpful...will visit always NO SERVICE, NO CHECKOUTS OPEN STOOD IN LINE WAITING TO CHECK OUT, ONE CASHIER ONLY SEVERAL CUSTOMERS LEFT, ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM WHILE SHOPPING, ANSWER: IT'S OVER BY THE APPLIANCES SOMEWHERE. Employees don't just point to where you will find it.... This store has employees that are always willing to take you to where a product is located, not just point to where you need to go. They'll even look it up on the app for you if necessary. Had a great visit at this Home Depot! In and out- very quick and efficient! It is always a good store experience. When I have questions about a or need help in finding a product I get the help needed. I have never had a bad shopping experience at the Home Depot.
