Reinforced door panels consist of two outer layers of white PVC sheet with a 4mm MDF sheet sandwiched between two layers of polystyrene foam insulation. This means the panels are not only incredibly strong but also offer excellent thermal insulation. The PVC is UV stable so will not go pink over time. Please check the thickness of the door panel fitted to your door before ordering. Panels will usually be 24mm Thick or 28mm Thick. This Panel is 28mm Thick. Panels are also available in 24mm thick.
