It was very quick and easy to install in the sliding glass door. Installed with ease and just the right step over for my 2 little Doxies! This really solved an annoying problem for me. So glad I found it. My only issue was that the airtight flap thing where it joined the sliding door didn't really work perfectly. I ended up having to buy some tape with a foam backing to really insulate it. Cost like $4 and took me like 2 minutes. Great product and a great fit. I highly recommend this especially for tall patio doors like I have. Was disappointed that when it was received, the locking cover was cracked during shipment and they referred me to the manufacturer to claim warranty rather than handling it themselves. Also all the foam insulation and the draft stopper provided were too short for the 96" door. Still trying to locate a replacement which will work. Installed the door in about 45 minutes. Works great and dog learned to use it in about 30 seconds. Of course we have a very smart dog. The product was everything advertised.
