We also include side, top, and bottom rails, functioning as both matching doorway trim, and as a double track bottom slider, similar to French sliding doors. However, the rails in the sliding door kit are not necessary for installation. Customers report installing singles doors across standard interior doorways, where wall space allows, and as sliding pocket doors using top mounted sliding hardware from Home Depot or Lowes. Also, customers report installing pairs for by-pass sliding closet doors, hung from the top, also using slider hardware from local hardware stores. Some use them as an interior movable wall, for home or office, effectively top hung sliding room dividers, using two, three or four doors in by-pass configuration.
