After successfully programming the desired Homelink button, pressing the button would cause the light to blink rapidly for 2 seconds and then turns solid light. This indicates the garage door opener is a rolling code device. So the next step is to learn from the garage door opener and official Lexus owner's manual and various sources were tried.
