I have a white Larson high view aluminum door. The retractable glass window is stuck inside the door. I called customer service and the guy laughed at me. Received run-around from Menards. They let Larson know. More or less blew me off. Now I notice parts missing from custom door. But, why would they care. Will not go to Menards anymore.
