We offer a range of purpose made stairs to suit all budgets and designs. All our stairs can be made in a variety of timbers. Our flexible service means we are able to accommodate any shape and style of staircase, from the most cost-effective straight flight to any combination of winders with quarter, half or gallery landings.

Our staircases are manufactured through a process of consultation with architects, builders and ultimately, the customer. Our staff have the expertise and knowledge to advise on every aspect of design and installation, whilst full technical support and customer care packages are offered as standard. All our fire rated doors are tested and certified to B.S. 476 Part 22. Additionally we manufacture a range of high performance door sets for specialist applications. These include lead lined doors for use as radiation barriers in x-ray departments, acoustic doors for sound studios, hospitals, libraries and other areas that necessitate control of noise levels.

We also manufacture a range of high security doors with steel sheeting incorporated in the core for use in banks and other high security facilities. In addition we supply an extensive range of solid panel doors from our joinery department. Our offices are open from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 1:30pm to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. In order to minimise the amount of finishing work on site much can be completed prior to delivery. To assist in this we offer pre-hung door sets where we machine for door hinges, mortise for locks, fit glazing etc. For queries concerning pre-hanging and ironmongery please contact our Q.S.department. We offer an extensive range of standard profiles for skirting and architrave. These can be manufactured from solid timber or can be supplied as veneer wrapped with an mdf core. For more specialist applications or for matching existing profiles we offer an additional service tailored to meet the customers special needs.

Depending on the customers requirement we can supply our products primed, sealed and with a fully lacquered finish. Currently we do not offer the facility to supply and fit. As we are a supply only company we do not have the facility for an on-site measuring service. All doors are manufactured to architectural specifications within the limitations as laid down under B.S. 476 Part 22. All doors are supplied with fire certificates and identification tags. Upon receipt of an enquiry the joinery element is priced. When a price is agreed between the client & EJW Ltd., payment terms are agreed between both parties as follows: 50% deposit on confirmation of order, the balance payable 7 days prior to despatch or collection of goods. This is company policy for all new business. Once the above terms have been agreed we will then request site dimensions to be sent by fax, post or e-mail. From this we can advise an anticipated completion date. All production matters are checked and any queries can be addressed prior to commencing manufacture.

The species of timber to be used, type of veneer to be used if applicable, the frame section size (width/ depth), quantities required, type of glass, any special requirements with regard to fire rating. We do not manufacture staircases, however we can refer customers to a number of reputable craftsmen who specialise in staircases. We currently machine from an extensive range of both hardwoods and softwoods, these include red deal, pine, oak (various species), maple, ash, cherry, teak, beech and walnut. Should a customer require an alternative we would be pleased to source from our extensive number of suppliers around the globe. We offer a regular service to most of the major cities and towns throughout Ireland. However customers are advised to contact us directly to discuss specific delivery details, requirements and production schedules. Essentially to classify something as bespoke signifies that it is to the customers specifications. Thus in our application we manufacture to the specifications as supplied to us from architects or developers.
