The multi-level decks and patios provided a variety of seating, and the views of the lake are unobstructed and gorgeous for all to enjoy during dinner. Jill and her staff were very accommodating as we were setting up the day before and the day of the ceremony, assisting with everything from hanging twinkling lights to making sure the parking area (of which there is plenty) and lawn was perfectly manicured. We danced on the driveway, and held our Grand March on the front lawn. It was a unique location - one that our guests raved about - and one that we won't ever forget. Another great thing about using the house for our reception was that our family members and bridal party were able to stay right there at the house for the entire weekend. We also rented next-door Roy's Place for other family members. We were even able to host a post-wedding brunch on the morning after the wedding since our special family and bridal party members were staying right there. I would highly recommend considering El Rancho Reginia not only for a family vacation, but for other special events also.

Jill was incredibly helpful and accommodating in every way you could think of to ensure that our special day was truly the best day ever! Jill, you have a beautiful piece of property and lovely home! We enjoyed our annual couples' getaway so much. From the moment we arrived everything was just perfect. We (3 couples) had decided to cook in each night so we could relax and have time to visit. Sitting out on your balcony overlooking Canyon Lake and your pond was so nice. We were able to sip our cocktails while enjoying the view and then dine on the balcony as well. The guys played golf on Saturday while the girls shopped in Greune. Lovely time had by all! We had each brought things for a particular meal and cooked in Saturday night, too. We've decided this was a perfect way to do it. The master upstairs and the 2 other bedrooms downstairs afforded everyone the perfect amount of privacy and space. We will definitely think about choosing your home again next year. Thanks for your gracious hosting!

We had an absolute blast staying at El Rancho Regina! It was a big family trip including our 5 month old and his grandparents. We fished, saw the farm animals, it was fun for everyone and very relaxing! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.I love this place. El Rancho Regenia was our destination for an annual gals getaway weekend and we totally loved it. In 3 words: Peaceful, comfortable and beautiful. The setting is pristine hill country with expansive views. The house gracefully blends into the hillside; wood floors, high vaulted ceiling, georgeous kitchen (with anything you would need for cooking), comfortable furniture, plenty of bathrooms, and a deck where we stayed on 80% of the day. The property connects with Old Hancock Trail (3.5 miles), which is great for an easy hike along the edge of the lake. Big fish in the pond. There are also geese, ducks, chickens, goats, and burros. We had great weather and the best time ever! The owner, Jill, is absolutely wonderful.

I would recommend this property to anyone!! The only way it could have been better is if we could have stayed longer. You have to see it and experience it to fully appreciate how much time and money you have invested into this property. The exterior is as immaculate as is the interiors. It truly is first class. From the minute we walked in, the small touches, such as the beautiful floral, bottle of wine, soft music playing, lamps lit in just the right places, we knew you had put a lot of thought into making sure your guests were cared for. I've already had to purchase 3 throws like yours in the family room. I think everyone fought over who was going to curl up and cover with it! If I had to pick just "one" of my favorite things, the view sitting in your swing on the front porch was amazing.

I loved the one large lit tree that stands out in the evenings. As the sun goes down over the water and the deer are running next to the lake, words cannot describe the peace that one feels.. Again, thank you and we will look forward to many trips back!! We felt right “at home” the minute we walked in and not like we were staying at another “vacation rental”. We loved the size of your property and that it felt like a rural area and not in a subdivision or community but still close enough to a new grocery store, gas stations, and attractions. The outdoor space was so beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the upper deck and loved watching the deer. We even saw an eagle and horseback riders along the lakefront.
