No major residual impairment but some weakness. Getting in and out of the bath tub was some what difficult.  While attending a Blue Claws game in Lakewood, there was a young man handing out brochures for Bath Fitter bathroom remodeling.  I took one, got some verbal information and discussed the possibility of re-doing  bathroom with my husband. Safety was the motivation and we decided to do the remodel and it was scheduled for 8/25 & 8/26/10.  On 8/25 we met Tim Little who was going to do the actual work.  What a wonderful representative he is, courteous, punctual, neat and competent. We couldn’t be happier with the results or with Mr. Tim Little.  He certainly is an asset to your firm. We had our tub converted into a shower on Thursday and Friday, June 25 and 26, by one of your installers whose name is Jason. He came from the Howell Bath Fitter location to do the installation when we requested that date, if possible, be moved up due to upcoming surgery. The shower installation is beautiful, and Jason did a fantastic job.

He was very professional and showed much care to detail and paid special attention to respecting our property as he worked. He also enjoyed showing us how he was progressing and took great pride in what he was doing. We really enjoyed having him in the house for the duration of the project and found him to be a very congenial and well mannered individual who was very skilled in his chosen field. He also seemed to really enjoy the challenge and task at hand. Meeting a person of his caliber was a real pleasure for us, and we know how fortunate we were to have the opportunity to have this experience. He is a real credit to your organization and certainly goes a long way in promoting the Bath Fitter name and helping to maintain its reputation for high standards and quality of work.
