There have been some minor hiccups with the door operation since the work was done (the door did not open fully on two occasions) but they seem to have corrected themselves and I will call if the problems re-occur with the expectation that they will be covered under the lifetime warranty that I was given. I expressed to the customer service rep I wish it could be earlier because of my work obligation. About 15 minutes later I received a call that someone could be at my home between 7 - 9 am to service the garage door opener which worked great for me!!! The service person called me and gave an ETA of 45 minutes and arrived within that time frame. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done and also showed me the multiple issues that needed to be resolved. He had the parts in his truck (this was a big deal for me; recently my washing machine broke and I had to wait three weeks for it to get fixed because they had trouble getting the right part), and he quickly - and economically - took care of it.
