I placed a call to Precision and was able to schedule an appointment immediately for the same morning between 9-12. I expressed to the customer service rep I wish it could be earlier because of my work obligation. He had the parts in his truck (this was a big deal for me; recently my washing machine broke and I had to wait three weeks for it to get fixed because they had trouble getting the right part), and he quickly - and economically - took care of it.
