Review: The service was great. I had a broken spring, rollers that needed repaired, panels that needed a strut put on, and our motor was going out. Our tech, went out of his way to fix things that needed it, such as tightening bolts, installing lags where there were none, etc.... Our tech was courteous and easy to talk to. Repairs performed were of quality work and he cleaned up after himself. Great guy, great company, great work. The customer service representative, Gale, was very professional, helpful, and answered all questions I had.
I will use Precision again and I will recommend them. My only complaint, is I wish they had a substation to service our area so we did not have to pay the extra money for the out of area call. However, for the quality of people and work done, I will not think twice about using them again. I will be a repeat customer if I ever have garage door issues again. I"m Sorry for getting back so late but as I have been sick and many things have happened as I was to go to Calif but it's been delayed. Then I've but became sick but now I have Geico going to have the garage door repaired/replaced as the car rolled into the door damaging and bowed the door. Then was told a tuck backed into it when we were not home and no one saw the license plate. Anyway I'm going to fix the door as I want to.
