He answered all my questions and explained things very well. Very nice man ,he did a wonderful job thank you Very good service,I like to much All the personnel that I had contact with were professional and explained the process, what to expect when finished, how long to wait to confirm results and what to do if there were areas that needed lot be recleaned. I have always found Sears to be reliable. I will have to call to repeat the cleaning as there are areas that aren't as clean as they should be. Initial visitor appeared to be a salesman. I only wanted to get an estimate for repair. Not a $700.00 Bogus sales attempt Long time customer. The tech was prompt, work explained to me and done . very pleased with the experience Rick was such a knowledgeable and polite technician. Once the installer finished, and I checked it. I thought that it needed a few adjustments.He made the adjustments. Now everything is operating smoothly. I did not receive a receipt that I signed. Eddie Padilla is wonderful! Did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired. This is his third visit and I have requested him ever since he installed my door opener! Please treat him well so he stays with Sears. It is hard to find professional repairmen!Service was very timely, outstanding, fixed everything and Matt was professional and pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with how fast I received service after my initial call for an estimate. The technician Matt was on time, very pleasant, neat and completed the work correctly.Showed me how everything worked and answered all questions . I'd say sears was on the high side on labor expense Be clearer about total charges beyond the initial service charge. My technician's name was Ian & he was very professional & courteous. I would request him again. Our Sears "Tech" Cody was very knowledgeable, industrious and personable. We were very pleased with the results. James and Joyce Schnarr the serviceman was professional, polite and did several small things with the door at no charge Great job and team! vVERY FRIENDLY , KNOWLEDGE ABLEAND COURTEOUS SERVICE William went above and beyond with his job. He was respectful, kind and an all around pleasure to have in my home. I would recommend him highly. I hope that next year when I do the yearly service on my garage doors I can request him! Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job! My experience with sears on this issue was propably the best experience I could have expected. 1st- the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and educated on the topic of my garage door. 2nd the appt time could not have been any better! They were here within an hour of me calling! 3rd - the techniicans were very friendly and explained the work and charges accordingly prior to starting their work. 4th - The work was completed in a timely manner and the technicians explained their work. 5th- I will definately call Sears with my future needs in my home.
