Eddie Padilla is wonderful! Did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired. This is his third visit and I have requested him ever since he installed my door opener! Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service.

My experience with sears on this issue was propably the best experience I could have expected. 1st- the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and educated on the topic of my garage door. 2nd the appt time could not have been any better! They were here within an hour of me calling! 3rd - the techniicans were very friendly and explained the work and charges accordingly prior to starting their work. 4th - The work was completed in a timely manner and the technicians explained their work. 5th- I will definately call Sears with my future needs in my home.
