Clearly by all my other 5 star reviews this is not how I conduct my business. I'm very sorry Miss Agata feels the way she does, but unfortunately in this case you get what you pay for. I don't normally respond to my reviews but for this one I believe it to be necessary. My contract clearly stated I would rescreen all screens as needed, which I did. The customer and I had spoken about the fact that screen frames would be missing as he had stated that they were broken and in a pile along with all the other screens that needed rescreened and placed back onto the windows. We had never spoken about me purchasing new screen frames. As far as having to call me that was due to waiting on window parts that was also never part of the original quote/ job. Which wasn't discovered until in the process of cleaning all 35 windows did I realize the windows needed more than just adjusting. He did offer more money to pay for the screen frames, but that was after he slammed a clip board down, cussed and yelled at my wife and myself and I was no longer interested in doing any more work for him after that.
At that time I offered to take $200 less than what was owed for the miscommunication to help resolve the issue and leave on the best terms possible.
