Garage door opener, 21 days and not resolved yet I ordered a garage door opener from Home Depot on October 22 and still to this day it is not resolved. It was installed but in the box it didn't have the remotes or wireless keypad. I finally got it in the mail last week and now I'm waiting for installer to call after 7pm tonight to tell me a time for tomorrow. Which I don't see happening since it's after 9pm. Never again, I repeat NEVER. Do not have a door or a opener installed by Home Depot. The installer company has horrible costumer service. Professional, on time, installation was neat and opener works perfectly. Installer went the extra step of programming the remote to our cars. Very professional and courteous. Great service, done when promised, perfect job! Needed new garage door opener. Went to Home Depot, the assistant took me to the product, gave me needed info, and I made a selection. He took the box, put in on my cart, took me to his table and within minutes, had not only set up installation, but was able to pay at same time!

Good experience from start to finish. Also, the Company who did the work, extremely polite and did a perfect, clean job. Installers were efficient and polite. Everything was great, but I would have preferred for the wires for the photo beam sensor to be run next to the opener track rather then along the ceiling.
