The tech arrived exactly on time, assessed the issues and proceeded to resolve them! He then educated me in home maintainence, hopefully to avoid repeated service calls. He suggested that I text pictures to him. He called me back suggesting damage was not bad. I asked him for a high-low price and I would not hold him to it. He emailed it to me and we arranged for a service call the next day between 8-12. At 9:30 Dan rings the door bell. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and after looking over the damage, explained what and why he was going to do, not trying to up sell me anything.

I called and made an appointment. The Service Rep. called me back to confirm the appointment - just as she promised. The technician arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and found the problem quickly. He replaced the gear sprocket and was finished in less than an hour!! And the cost was much less than I expected! Awesome customer service, awesome job and obviously an awesome company.

Our technician was terrific. He was on- time, polite, competent and went the extra mile to teach me simple maintenance procedures that had never been mentioned previously. Cost was reasonable for such excellent service. I am a fussy person, so when I saw unusual wear and deterioration of the weather stripping on and around my garage door, which Kaiser had installed about 16 months prior, I called the company and described the problem. Pete came out on his next business day to look it over. I was hoping to get one, maybe two, strips replaced. Instead, Pete offered to replace all four strips so everything would look right and all would match in color. A couple of days later, Dan showed up with all new weather stripping, carefully measured and trimmed all pieces before installing them, showed me how to spray lubricant to minimize future wear, did some touch-up painting, then found a problem with the electric eye and fixed that also. I was impressed with Pete's and Dan's attention to detail and Kaiser's commitment to excellence.
