He explained my options, laid out the things I might want to consider, and we decided what to have done. I was extremely pleased. Very pleasant, efficient and professional in completing the task, and went beyond expectations. I think the charge of $75.00 to come out and find nothing wrong and not have to do anything at all . Didn't have to do work is pretty high. I have Sears, washer, dryer, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Not sure I would call Sears if something went wrong with them. e-mail receipts are not something I like. I would much prefer a paper receipt at the time of service. Jeff did a great job!
