The men that do the work are great. could not ask for a nicer crew to do the work. the problem i have is the ones who answer the phones. i tell them what i need in springs and door sealers and they dont relay the message.instead they send them out to ascess the work. if i didnt know what i needed i would not bother to tell them. if the ladies can not relay the right message to the drivers what is the point? it is a waste of my time and the men's when they don't get the message to bring the springs with them. i know they keep our springs in stock, what i want to know is how we can fix this on going problem with the ones who answer the phone? WE woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open and we were unable to get our vehicles out. i contacted American Garage door and they answered on the first ring and was very courteous. the tech robert arrived at our home within an hour and was able to repair the door and had it working within an hour and the price quoted before the work was very reasonable and was actually lower than i was expecting.

robert was well trained and knew exactly what had to be done before starting the work and offered me a discount that i wasn't even aware of. i was very impressed and will recommend them to my friends and family. i WAS ABLE TO OPEN MY gARAGE DOOR THIS MORNING AND IMMEDIATELY REMEMBERED that I wanted to share my experience with AMerican Garage.
