I believe the area is called Brandywine Hills. In any event, the customer had all the exterior wood painted recently and provided a swatch. We then submitted to manuf to match. Wayne Dalton matched it and provided sample for customer to approve. After approval we ordered and today we installed it. He also ordered the spear decorative hinges and knockers. I think it turned out beautifully. I have his permission to use it on one of our Valupak coupons. Installations like this make us proud !

First State Garage Door added 5 new photos.Greg and I installed this 16x8, 4 section. Carriage door in Cantwell Ridge in Middletown this morning. This door is manufactured by Wayne Dalton. Model 8300 with Sonoma panels, single arch Stockton windows, fluer de lis decorative hinges and knockers. Lifetime panel warranty, 1 yr all hardware (everything else). We also installed a 3/4 hp liftmaster opener. It's belt drive with battery backup. This is the quietest opener avail. It has a DC motor and with an avail device is capable of being controlled by an app on your phone. The warranty on the opener is lifetime belt and motor. 5yrs on everything else excluding battery. Sharp looking door !Greg and I finished installing 2 carriage doors and 2 openers. The doors are 8'x7 1/2' they are Wayne Dalton Model 8300 doors with sonoma panel and decorative hinges and handles. R value 12.2, lifetime panel warranty 1 yr on everything else. Openers were Chamberlain liftmaster1/2 hp belt drive openers. Warranty lifetime belt/motor 1yr all other parts.
