They were built 11 years ago. Each has a two-car garage with rollup door. The doors have torsion springs to balance the weight of the door. Over the past few months, several of the torsion springs broke on my neighbors' doors. Their useful life of about 10,000 up/down cycles was over. When the torsion springs break, it can be very inconvenient. So in July, 2012, I and two of my neighbors decided we would replace our torsion springs preventatively, before they failed. I called several garage door companies. I chose this great garage door repair company.John arrived precisely on time. He did the work expertly. They also lubed and tuned our garage doors --- the doors really needed it after all these years. He also identified some problem areas that needed to be fixed and did the additional work for a very reasonable price.

My impression is that josh is a skilled craftsman who takes justifiable pride in his work. From my experience, I would say he's a straight-shooter who treats the customer fairly.
