This folding door is very good quality. The plastic is LOW ODOR. This is good, especially for people with allergies. The installation is easy. The hardware is really well thought out. The top where the door is attached to the rail is equipped with plastic snap on rings that seem to be unbreakable. With similar doors I've owned, this connection is the first place it breaks. I don't believe this one will be breaking.
