You’re really great to work with!” After numerous attempts and many hours searching the Internet to find a reliable, honest and reputable door company, I discovered Capitol Fireproof Door and had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, Howard. We ordered two custom-made Kalamein doors. These were produced with quality craftsmanship in a very timely manner. This company is truly an oasis in the desert!  Attached to this email is a picture of one of the doors installed. We will definitely be using Capitol in the near future as we only use top of the line products in our company. I want to thank you for your patience and the several phone calls you made to get the measurements right. I wasn’t able to install the doorframe until just before the Holidays, but it was a damn near perfect fit. I’ve already told the story to the local building supply company which had previously satisfied all my DIY needs for 31 years, and left them one of your business cards.

I will send another to the other supplier that tried to help me with this project. The door looks great. It looks so good in fact that we may leave it as is and not paint it. They did a quiet and efficient job of it. It blends right in with the door color and propped the door back up so it can close properly again. You saved us buying a whole new door.

Also, when your crew got the hinge on and the door upright again, they discovered they did not have to replace the threshold as expected so they left the old one in place. Thanks and than your crew for me. I can’t express in words how happy I am with the door, including the paint job (and I’m not just saying that because of my notarized letter). And your staff who installed the door were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Every person I dealt with at your company, have been great and I tremendously appreciate your work and would highly recommend you in the future. The new door looks nice in my lobby and the long window will make a difference. I had your installer take measurements for another door in the rear of the building. The owner of the company, Howard Levine, is a great guy and knows everything there is to know about doors, has great suggestions for security options and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need.
