The old seal was easy to remove and it was clear to see why it was failing as it had become quite rigid and brittle in places, the new seal was easy to fit and cut it took me under an hour to remove the seals thoroughly clean the recess that the seal fits into and fit the new seals on two windows and the results were amazing
