The hardest part of this install was getting my froze up lock out without drilling out the original rivets. I was able to reuse the original bracket. Now ny locks work like new. Factory operation and fit took a while to get but worth the wait The part was back ordered but when it came it wad a well thought out kit it had everything you would need at a great price I installed this in both doors of the car,it had everything you needed. Used the original brackets and was nice to know if it broke you can drill out the old and install the new.Great having the door panel install buttons as the old ones are brittle and do break. Comes with everything and more than you will need. The locks are quick action just like the ones that came from the factory many years ago . The only thing is getting a rivet gun big enough for the 2 rivets you need.

Door lock actuator set is extremely easy to install and comes with an assortment of connecting rods and replacement door panel retainers. This set is highly recommended. An excellent replacement part. This actuator kit is just what I needed to get my car locks back in working order. Everything I needed to do the job was in the kit. Like every other 25 year old foxbody, the door actuators in my 91 Mustang GT were shot.

American Muscle sent me two new actuators, door panel clips and two 1/4 inch rivets. Everything fit perfect and I am happy to finally be able to use my power door locks again. 1993 mustang actuator kit Fits perfect, I love it, took me no more than 30 minutes to install and works great! I changed em because the old ones stopped workingthey were rusty and got frozen at that point so took em off put the new ones in now its nice i changed the buttons as well The kit worked great! Easier to install than I thought they would be. Just be sure to have a heavy duty rivet gun.Actuators work really nice. Both locks perform as they should and go up and down These were great lock actuators, glad they came with the door kit too. Went in no issues and I attached an image of my doors before and after the install so other can see where they go. The kit comes with absolutely everything you need except the large rivot gun (which is of course available on american muscle)!
