She was relatively new to managing that particular location and approximately 90% of the people I worked with over the course of the year ended up quitting/finding a job somewhere else due to the store manager's behavior, (this includes two assistant managers who had been successfully working for the company & location longer than the store manager). However, she seemed to be a "favorite" of corporate b/c she was managing a successful location and any concerns brought up about her seemed to be ignored. Late last year I began a conversation with an employee at another location. Apparently one of her store/s assistant manager's was sent to work at my former location, with my old store manager. . . . she has also since left the company. Also, I was a part time employee who was essentially working full time b/c of the number of hours I'd end up working, but receiving none of the benefits of a full time employee. The clothes are of good quality and are very cute. The managers and other employees were very friendly and helpful when I started off.
