The scenic community is designed with 17 cascading ponds and more than five kilometres of interconnected walking and bike trails. There’s a central plaza with a 1,000-square-foot pavilion, kitchen, barbecues, sports field and an NBA-sized basketball court in Watermark, as well. The Capetown show home is valued at $2.2 million. Including its developed basement, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a triple-car garage. A high note is the master bedroom’s ensuite, which has the clean lines and appointments of a luxury spa. It’s designed to draw eyes to an elegant free-standing tub on a raised floor under a circular skylight.
