So now you’ve explored the stunning interiors, let’s take a look outside. Wow, 360 vistas across heather and hill, with cosmopolitan Ilkley nestling far below you. There’s a terrace and a BBQ provided - perfect for al fresco dining in the summer. And of course the star of the show, the hot tub. Watch the evening lights come to life all around as the stars start to twinkle far above, all from the comfort of your warm bubblies. A wonderful way to end the day… Ilkley Pump House is set within 35 acres of private moorland high above the gorgeous Spa town of Ilkley. There are miles of peaceful uninterrupted walking from the doorstep and you have an amazing sense of getting away from it all. And if you like to keep one foot on urban ground, head down into Ilkley for the day. Take a turn around the gardens down by the river, indulge in afternoon tea at Betty’s, explore the many independent shops and boutiques, making sure you pick up something yummy for tea and the several up-market delis in town. And for the nights when cooking seems like too much effort, book dinner in the Michelin-starred Box Tree or head for an Italian on the cool roof Terrace of Piccolinos. If you want to venture a little further Ilkley Pump House is ideally placed to explore the historic market town of Skipton and the exquisite Yorkshire Dales beyond. It’s a true walker’s paradise here and you are very close to the famous Three Peaks of Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside.
