I found something I was interested in but didn't buy it. Later on, I decided that it was what I wanted and was closer to another HD so I went there only to find they were out of what I was looking for. Being several hours after my first trip into this location I went back expecting not to find what I was looking for, but surprisingly they had one left!!! So I got in the self checkout line to purchase (a rather large box) and a while waiting another employee jumped in to say I can get you on the register over here. So helpful, it made my day so much better. This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store, not too mention a Home Depot store. I would never, ever recommend this store to anyone.
