(way to taint your name) I don't know if someone at Good Year holds special interest in Stars and Cracks, but that's the only reason I could think of as to why they would recommend such a place. I waited on my car. Paid for the service. When I drove away, I could feel air coming through the glass. I called them to have it fixed. They asked me to return that night. I couldn't so we made arrangements for them to come to me that same night. They said they were stuck in traffic. The next day they came out again, and ""fixed"" the problem. Or so they thought. Third time - I drove back out and waited for my car to be serviced. I left the shop. I was told it was a defective glass.

Made arrangements for them to come out again. They still did not get it right on the FOURTH time. In response to some door to door marketing they did, I recently used Stars and Cracks to perform a back glass install on one of my customers' late model cars, and they severely botched the job. What's worse, the ""technician"" who performed the work was part of the ownership circle, and they refused to return to resolve the problem. When the work was complete, the ""technician"" left a wide piece of tape around the perimeter of the glass, which was not to be removed until the following day (after my check had been deposited). Once removed, the poor workmanship was evident, where the new perimeter moulding had been improperly installed and was coming off. After several phone calls, and a 2 day hide-and-seek runaround game, the helper at their location who took my final call stated that ""I agree this company is being run poorly, but I can't do anything about it, and that shouldn't be a reflection on me"".
