The old store was much better for customer access. Had to climb 5 flights of steps one day. The lines are silly long all the time now. The line process is kinda weird from when you step into the elevator until you actually get to a bud tender. The whole vibe has changed almost not worth the wait anymore. If they could at least figure out that when your waiting in line for 20 minutes and they make an express line and people rush the line from the back and get waited on first that is not cool it put a poor taste in my mouth today.. Please try to figure it out you guys have come a long way would hate to see you get all HOLLYWOOD.Thank you for the review!
